Digital Product Delivery
Because access is typically delivered instantly, digital product sales are generally final unless required by applicable law or approved under a specific refund review case.
Eligible Review Cases
Growth Education may review refund requests involving duplicate payments, checkout errors, failure to receive access, materially incorrect product delivery, or accidental technical issues caused by the checkout or delivery system.
Request Window
Customers should submit refund review requests to info@geledtech.com within 7 calendar days of purchase. Requests should include the purchase email, order reference if available, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
No Outcome Guarantee
Growth Education products provide frameworks, templates, and workflow materials. Refunds are not granted solely because a user did not achieve a specific academic, career, marketing, sales, or business result.
Enterprise Services
Enterprise retainers, monthly plans, annual plans, consulting engagements, private deployments, and custom work follow the cancellation and refund terms stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, subscription agreement, or statement of work.
