Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Growth Education website, digital products, AI workflow packs, downloadable materials, enterprise diagnostic forms, and related services.

Product License

Digital products are licensed, not sold, to the purchaser for personal use or internal business use. Unless expressly agreed in writing, users may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, upload, or reproduce paid materials for third parties.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving any output generated with Growth Education materials or AI tools. Users must comply with applicable laws, institutional policies, workplace policies, platform rules, and third-party AI service terms.

Academic Use

Growth Education materials may support planning, study, drafting, review, and workflow efficiency. Users remain responsible for following academic integrity rules, disclosure requirements, and examination or assessment policies set by their institution.

Enterprise Services

Enterprise diagnostics, custom deployments, private workflow design, and consulting services may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use Growth Education products to commit fraud, violate intellectual property rights, generate unlawful content, bypass platform restrictions, misrepresent AI-generated work, or process confidential or regulated data in ways that violate applicable policies or laws.
