Once a paid subscription begins after the trial period, refunds are typically not provided as the digital review resources and AI processing tokens are consumed upon activation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support via WhatsApp. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@geledtech.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues quickly.
