Growth Education provides a free daily allowance of problems for all users. This allows you to experience our full AI scaffolding engine and accuracy before committing to a paid plan.
Due to the digital nature of our service and the instant availability of proprietary AI analysis, all paid subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after your cancellation is processed.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@geledtech.com before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues quickly.
