One-time purchase digital services do not support refunds without cause. Users must fully confirm their requirements, functional compatibility, and usage conditions before placing an order. Successful payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.
2. Special Circumstances Eligible for Refund Application
- Technical Failure: If the purchased service is continuously unusable due to platform technical reasons (exceeding 48 hours unresolved), a refund may be granted upon confirmation by the technical department.
- Duplicate Charges: If the system fails and causes duplicate payment for the same order, a refund for the overcharged amount may be applied for.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests due to user reasons such as operational error, device compatibility issues, mistaken purchase, or changed requirements.
- Services that have been accessed or activated for use (regardless of actual usage).
III. Refund Application Process

Refund applications must be submitted via the official website's customer service center or email (support@geledtech.com) within 3 days of purchase. Provide the order number, problem description, and relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots of the failure).
2. Review & Processing
Customer service will complete the review within 3 business days. This may extend to 5 business days in special circumstances (e.g., technical verification). Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment platform's rules (typically 1-3 business days).
IV. User Notification & Compliance
- Prominent Notice: The following notice must be clearly displayed on the product detail page and checkout page: "One-time purchase services do not support refunds without cause. Please confirm your requirements before purchasing." Users must tick a confirmation box acknowledging the policy.
V. Dispute Resolution
- If dissatisfied with the review outcome, customers may appeal via info@geledtech.com. The platform will conduct a secondary review within 7 business days.
- If the dispute remains unresolved, customers may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the platform's location, according to the law.
